Who needs workshop-fabricated duct?

  1. 1

    A contractor with project-specific sizes

Your project has non-standard sizes or volumes too large for site cutting. We fabricate rectangular and round sections from your drawings at exact dimensions, labelled and ready to hang when they reach the site.

  2. 2

Fittings too awkward to cut on site

Elbows, transitions, offsets and takeoffs come out distorted when cut by hand on site, leaking air and creating noise in the line. We make them in the workshop at the right dimensions with tight seams.

  3. 3

Extending or renovating an existing duct network

You need new branches, a damaged section replaced or a fitting that matches an old duct size. We measure the existing network on site and fabricate the pieces to match what is already there.

Who it's for

  • Building a facility that needs non-standard duct sizes

We read your project drawings and fabricate all sections and fittings at exact dimensions from G90 or aluminium sheet, labelled and ready to hang the moment they reach your site.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Take measurements

A technician visits the site or you send us the drawings; we list every duct section needed, its size and the correct sheet thickness for that section.

  2. 2

    Fabricate sections and fittings

We cut, form and lock the sheet in the workshop, including all elbows, transitions, offsets and takeoffs, and each section comes out at its exact dimension.

  3. 3

    Label and prepare for delivery

We number every section and fitting against the assembly plan so the installation crew knows exactly where each piece goes, with no guessing on site.

  4. 4

    Deliver to site

We deliver the duct to your Jeddah site protected and ready to hang. If you need an installation crew, we can arrange that as a separate step.

Some of our work

Ductwork, rooftop units and diffusers, from work we've completed in Jeddah.

  • Galvanized rectangular duct trunk with branch takeoffs and round diffusers, hung from a black ceiling, a Carrier unit visible behind — interior finishing stage.
  • Round diffusers and a spiral duct trunk in a tiled stairwell service shaft.
  • Rooftop ductwork and an exhaust fan, with Jeddah buildings in the background.
  • Rooftop packaged AC units with rectangular duct transitions, city buildings behind.
  • Insulated rooftop duct run beside a packaged unit, a warehouse roof in the background.
  • A grid of round diffusers in an open-plan office ceiling, mid-construction.
  • An insulated rooftop duct elbow, against a mountainous backdrop.
  • Large insulated ductwork running along a factory ceiling, with workers visible below.
  • A yellow round diffuser mid-installation, with spiral duct and a suspended ceiling grid.
  • Duct insulation wrap in progress on a construction site, bare duct still exposed.
  • A black-painted duct trunk with round diffusers and track lighting, in a finished retail interior.

What sets this district apart

Al Bahjah is a relatively modern residential area featuring spacious villas and mid-rise apartments, plus small to mid-sized offices and administrative centres. Buildings here are built to high standards and need advanced AC systems with premium ductwork, and the generous spaces allow neat horizontal and vertical duct runs. Pre-fabricating duct ensures perfect fit with the building's modern finishes and high distribution efficiency.

Al Bahjah sits in north-east Jeddah, a modern residential area with spacious villas and apartment blocks.

Most projects here need medium-gauge rectangular duct with few, regular takeoffs per floor.

The AC setup in Al Bahjah

  1. 1

Standard rectangular duct per villa or unit

Villas and units here need uniform-gauge duct adapted to each building's layout and design.

  2. 2

Clean takeoffs for even, elegant air distribution

Takeoffs here are designed to be visually clean and efficient in distribution, with no visual clutter.

  3. 3

    Smooth transitions between duct sections

Transitions and connections between duct sections are precision-fabricated to prevent pressure loss and ensure optimal performance.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Bahjah

  1. 1

    Send the architectural engineering plan

Send us the complete plan for the villa or unit, marking outdoor unit locations and available duct spaces.

  2. 2

Ensure access to ceiling and floor voids

Confirm ceiling voids and floor spaces are clear and safe for the fabricated duct to pass through.

  3. 3

Mark duct entry and exit points precisely

Confirm entry points from the outdoor unit and exit points to each room or zone are clearly marked.

FAQ

Questions about Duct fabrication

Can you fabricate from drawings without visiting the site?

Yes, when the drawings are clear and carry the actual as-built dimensions. If a dimension is uncertain or a field change has been made, we prefer a site visit to avoid a fabricated piece that does not fit. We discuss the better approach with you before starting work.

What is the difference between galvanized and aluminium sheet for duct?

G90 galvanized sheet is the standard choice for interior duct: strong and suited to a range of pressures. Aluminium is lighter and handles Jeddah's coastal humidity and salt air better, making it right for some exposed applications or where structural load is a limiting factor. The correct choice depends on the site.

Can you make elbows and transitions to match an existing duct network?

Yes. We measure the existing network on site to match sizes precisely, whether you need a new branch added, a damaged fitting replaced or an extension tied into the original ductwork. The right approach is confirmed after the site visit.

How do you choose sheet thickness for each section?

Thickness follows section size: a large duct needs heavier sheet to hold its shape under pressure, a small one can use lighter material. We apply the SMACNA requirements to each section in the project individually, not a single thickness across the whole job.

Does Jeddah's humidity and salt air affect which sheet material to use?

Yes, particularly for sections exposed to outdoor air or installed near fresh-air intakes. G90 galvanized sheet performs well inside the building, but aluminium is the better choice where duct is in continuous contact with Jeddah's humid, salt-laden air. The site survey determines the right material for each section.

Do you fabricate duct for luxury villas to premium standards?

Yes, we understand luxury villas need the highest precision and finish standards, and we fabricate duct to match the building's décor.

Our spaces are generous, does this affect fabrication?

Quite the opposite, generous spaces allow neat, regular runs that ease fabrication and installation to the highest precision.

Do you work with refined architectural requirements from design engineers?

Yes, we accept detailed plans from design engineers and fabricate duct with full precision to match the intended design.

The area is modern with modern building standards, does fabrication meet these standards?

Absolutely, we follow high standards in precision, safety and detail, and all fabrication passes strict quality checks.
