When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Farouq villas are large with modern design, high roofs and spacious gaps between homes, giving excellent options to place outdoor units out of sight. Al Farouq's streets are wide and safe for movement and parking, and rear and side spaces offer flexibility in unit placement. The intense heat and high humidity in the south raise the cooling load significantly, especially in rooms with large windows facing direct sun.

Al Farouq lies in south Jeddah and contains large modern villas with high roofs and spacious rear areas.

Large villas in the south typically need multiple high-capacity split units with outdoor units on roofs or distant courtyards for effective cooling and aesthetic appearance.

The AC setup in Al Farouq

  1. 1

High-capacity split units for large spaces

Large Al Farouq villas benefit from high-capacity splits to cool the expansive reception areas and open kitchens effectively.

  2. 2

Outdoor units on high roofs far from the street

High villa roofs provide safe, distant placement for outdoor units away from street and neighbour view.

  3. 3

Separate units per floor in multi-storey villas

Multi-floor villas need separate units per floor to deliver independent cooling and high efficiency.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Farouq

  1. 1

Tell us how many floors and the total area

Before our visit, describe the number of floors and total villa area so we can estimate the cooling load accurately.

  2. 2

Point out sun-facing areas and large windows

Tell us which rooms get all-day sun exposure and where the large windows are so we measure cooling needs exactly.

  3. 3

Ensure the team can reach the roof and rear courtyards

Check that roof and courtyard access doors are safe and reachable before visit day so we can assess outdoor unit placement options.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa is very large, will one cooling system be enough?

No, large villas need multiple units to ensure even cooling throughout. We visit, measure the spaces, windows and heat load, then specify the right number of units.

My roof is very wide and high, is it safe to mount units up there?

Yes, villa roofs are ideal and safe for outdoor units. We mount them with strong supports and position them away from the edges to avoid strong winds.

The heat and humidity are very high here in the south, can the AC handle it?

Yes, we choose high-capacity, high-efficiency units to handle the intense heat and humidity. Regular maintenance and periodic cleaning keep performance strong throughout the season.

My living room is very large with big windows, does it need its own unit?

Often yes, especially if the windows face direct sun. A separate unit for the living room delivers powerful, comfortable cooling and lets you control its temperature independently.
