When you need a villa HVAC specialist
- 1
A new villa before finishing
The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.
- 2
A large majlis that never feels cool
Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.
- 3
Old noisy units disturbing sleep
AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.
Who it's for
Living in a villa and replacing old systems
We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Full villa survey
Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.
- 2
A cooling plan floor by floor
We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.
- 3
Installation and pipe runs
We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.
- 4
Handover and maintenance contract
We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart
Al Sahl is a modern residential area of medium, relatively spacious villas, mostly two to three storeys with good gaps between buildings. The open location and slight distance from the sea cause direct exposure to wind and intense summer heat, increasing AC system load. Gardens are fairly large and allow free outdoor-unit placement, but direct wind exposure can reduce unit efficiency if not properly shielded. The wiring in these modern villas is usually good, but long distances between indoor and outdoor units may require extra cable runs.
Al Sahl sits in south Jeddah, a district of medium villas in open spaces with direct wind and heat exposure.
Most villas here use simple or multi-head splits, with outdoor units placed at a relatively raised height to avoid sand and moisture, with wind protection.
The AC setup in Al Sahl
- 1
Multi-head split with wind protection
Medium villas here benefit from multi-head splits with multiple indoor units, each protected from wind and sand.
- 2
Elevated and protected outdoor units
Due to strong winds and sand, outdoor units sit on raised bases with engineering protection that does not block natural airflow.
- 3
High-efficiency filters for dust and sand
Using strong filters on the outdoor unit reduces sand and dust buildup on indoor and outdoor coils.

FAQ
Questions about Villa & home HVAC
Should I use central AC or a split for each room?
There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.
How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?
At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.
How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?
Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.
Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?
Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.
How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?
The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.
The wind here is very strong, can you place the outdoor unit safely without affecting it?
We choose a spot sheltered from strong wind, mount it firmly on a solid base, and may use a baffle or engineering shield to reduce wind impact without blocking airflow.
Summer heat reaches 50°C here, can the AC handle that?
We choose units with sufficient cooling power and high efficiency, recommend monthly maintenance to clean coils and filters, and use high-quality filters to reduce dust and sand.
The distance from my house to the outdoor unit is very long, does it affect performance?
Long distances may slightly affect efficiency, but we use larger-diameter copper piping and good thermal insulation, and we advise against exceeding 15 metres between indoor and outdoor units.
Dust and sand blow in from the wind, how do you protect the outdoor unit?
We install high-efficiency air filters on the outdoor unit's intake side, use an allowed protective baffle or cover allowing airflow, and recommend cleaning the filter monthly in summer.
