When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Shurooq is a relatively modern east district with spacious, newly built villas enjoying wider outdoor spaces than elsewhere. Summer heat is very high and humidity relatively low, allowing for a powerful central system without major humidity concerns. Modern villas here often feature high ceilings and open spaces, requiring a large-capacity outdoor unit and wide air ducts to distribute cooling evenly.

Al Shurooq is in modern east Jeddah, a district of spacious new villas on large plots with big outdoor spaces.

Most Al Shurooq villas use a large-capacity central system with extended ducting, with outdoor units on the roof or rear yard away from the front facade.

The AC setup in Al Shurooq

  1. 1

Central system with large outdoor unit

Spacious Al Shurooq villas need a large-capacity outdoor unit to pump enough cool air through extended ducts to all rooms.

  2. 2

    Extended multi-level air ducts

Villas with high ceilings and open spaces need ducts with larger diameters to ensure even cooling distribution from ground to upper floors.

  3. 3

Outdoor unit on roof or rear yard

Al Shurooq's spacious rear yards allow the outdoor unit to sit away from the front facade, preserving the villa's curb appeal.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa is very spacious with high ceilings, how many outdoor units do I need?

It depends on total area and internal design. One large outdoor unit with adequate capacity may suit most spacious villas, but if the villa is divided into separate wings, we may need two. We visit to assess the layout and heat loads before recommending.

My rear yard is large, should I place the outdoor unit there away from guests?

Yes, the rear yard is ideal in Al Shurooq. Ensure the spot is away from main room windows to cut noise and reflected heat, and there is enough space around the unit for air to enter and exit freely.

The heat is very high and ceilings are tall, will the AC be sufficient?

High ceilings increase the air volume to cool, but with proper capacity and extended ducts, effective cooling is achievable. We select a unit sized for the total area and height, and may add extra split units in very large rooms if needed.

Humidity is low here, does that affect which AC type I should choose?

The relatively low humidity in Al Shurooq reduces mould and condensation issues, allowing different system types. You can choose a standard central system without specialised dehumidification, but routine maintenance remains important for performance.
