When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Muraykh is an expanding district with villas of varied size and architectural style, from practical medium units to spacious large homes. This diversity means each villa may need a different solution, requiring comprehensive site visits and thermal load analysis based on space size, windows and orientation. Private roofs and courtyards offer multiple options for outdoor unit placement away from visible facades.

Muraykh lies in east Jeddah, an expanding district with villas of varied size and design, each with its own courtyard.

Muraykh villas typically require multiple split units at varying capacities, depending on each villa's area and the spaces it contains.

The AC setup in Muraykh

  1. 1

Multiple splits at roughly equal capacities

Most medium villas in Muraykh need two or three splits at similar capacities distributed across floors and rooms.

  2. 2

Copper distribution from a single outdoor unit

Some villas prefer one powerful outdoor unit with insulated copper pipes distributed internally to reduce outdoor unit count.

  3. 3

Outdoor units on safe roofs away from view

Most Muraykh villas allow outdoor units on side or rear roofs, keeping them away from visible front facades.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Muraykh

A simple sketch or clear photos of the majlis, lounge and bedrooms help us understand the layout before the visit.

  2. 2

State whether you have current cooling problems

If some rooms are hotter than others or if you have older units, tell us so we account for this in our analysis.

  3. 3

Ensure team access to roofs and courtyard

Confirm the team can safely access roofs and your private courtyard, and mention any security obstacles in advance.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My medium villa in Muraykh, how many AC units does it need?

It depends on the villa's actual area, bedroom and lounge count, and kitchen size. We visit, measure the spaces, study sun exposure, then give you a quote with recommended unit count and capacity.

Muraykh's streets are safe, but private courtyards are sometimes tight, does this affect installation?

A tight courtyard may limit outdoor unit placement options. We can use side or rear roofs instead, or choose higher-capacity units in smaller numbers to reduce outdoor unit count.

Does Muraykh's temperature differ from other east Jeddah areas?

Muraykh is in the same geographic zone, so temperatures are similar. However, some villas may need higher capacities based on sun-facing walls and large windows. We assess this during the visit.

Can one outdoor unit cool a medium villa through distributed piping?

Yes, a medium villa may be served by one powerful outdoor unit with advanced copper distribution to several indoor units. But this depends on villa layout and spaces. We determine the best option after the visit.
