When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Rahmah is a relatively modern residential district in south Jeddah, dominated by multi-storey villas with large spaces and wide gardens between the buildings. That layout requires more than one split unit or a proper central system to distribute cooling evenly across ground floor, first floor and roof, especially during times when the villas face direct sunlight all day. The wide gardens and outdoor areas give multiple options for placing outdoor units away from the front facades of the homes.

Al Rahmah is in south Jeddah, a modern residential district of large villas with spacious gardens between the properties.

Most villas in Al Rahmah need multiple split units or a central AC system to cover the different floors and spaces.

The AC setup in Al Rahmah

  1. 1

Multiple split units for different floors

Each villa floor may need one or more separate split units, allowing independent temperature control for each level.

  2. 2

    Central AC system with ductwork

Large villas with extensive spaces may benefit from a central system distributing cool air through ducts across all areas.

  3. 3

Outdoor units concealed in garden areas

The spacious gardens allow outdoor units to be mounted away from the front facade, screened by fencing or landscaping.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Rahmah

  1. 1

Bring a villa layout sketch or floor plan

A floor plan showing the villa's levels and different spaces helps our team select the right system and number of units needed.

  2. 2

Decide where you prefer the outdoor units

Identifying preferred locations for outdoor units before the visit speeds up design and ensures you are happy with the external appearance.

  3. 3

Ensure roof and exterior walls are safely accessible

Our team may need to access the roof and exterior walls to assess outdoor unit and duct options, so check that access routes and stairs are safe.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa has three floors, how do I choose between split units and central AC?

It depends on your villa's layout, each floor's size and whether ducts can run between them. A site visit from our team determines which option is most efficient and suitable for your home.

Where can we place outdoor units without spoiling the villa's front facade?

Al Rahmah's wide gardens offer multiple options, such as the rear or south side of the villa, away from the street.

Sunlight hits my villa all day, does that increase the cooling load?

Yes, all-day direct sun exposure increases internal heat, especially on upper floors and the roof. The right system design accounts for this extra load.

Is cooling a large majlis different from cooling a bedroom?

Yes, a large majlis needs more cooling power and better air distribution, while a bedroom needs a quieter unit with precise temperature control for comfortable sleep.
