When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Prince Abdulmajeed is a modern residential area with large, spacious villas in varied architectural styles, mostly three or more storeys with luxury majlis rooms, spacious bedroom suites and servant quarters. This variety in design and size calls for flexible AC solutions, central ducting in some villas, hybrid split systems in others. Gardens are fairly large but may be high-walled, so installing outdoor units needs coordination with the current design. Regular maintenance is essential to keep energy efficiency in the hot climate.

Prince Abdulmajeed sits in south Jeddah, a district of large family villas with varied architecture and wide gardens.

Villas here vary in design, most using central ducting or hybrid splits, with outdoor units placed in sheltered gardens or on roofs, away from view.

The AC setup in Prince Abdulmajeed

  1. 1

    Hybrid central ducting system

Large villas here benefit from central ducting covering majlis and hallways, with additional splits for bedrooms allowing separate control.

  2. 2

    Multi-head splits with balanced distribution

Some villas choose multi-head splits with several indoor units connected to one outdoor unit, allowing full control per room.

  3. 3

Outdoor units on roofs or in sheltered gardens

Due to high walls and sheltered spaces, outdoor units sit on roofs or in hidden garden areas, with ample ventilation ensured.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Prince Abdulmajeed

Provide detailed architectural drawings per floor

Send detailed drawings for each floor including dimensions, openings and walls, so we can assess the best system and unit placement.

  2. 2

List suites and areas needing separate control

Tell us which suites and areas need separate temperature control and which may be empty at times.

  3. 3

Ensure safe team access to roofs and gardens

Check that roofs and gardens are safe and easily accessible for assessing outdoor units, ducting, and electrical connections.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa is very large with separate suites, how can I control temperature independently?

We install separate thermostats for each suite or section, with ducting containing smart dampers that direct air per zone need, or use hybrid splits allowing individual control for each indoor unit.

My garden is high-walled, where can I place the outdoor unit without ventilation problems?

We assess the walls and existing trees, then choose an open spot allowing good airflow around the outdoor unit, or use a roof location if that works better structurally.

Some parts of my villa are not always used, how do I cut energy use?

We install smart controls allowing you to shut down or reduce cooling in unused suites, and we recommend regular maintenance to clean filters and coils for energy efficiency.

Can I expand the system later if I want to add new suites?

Yes, if we design the system flexibly from the start we can add new indoor units or duct branches without disrupting the current system, and we recommend telling us about any future expansion plans at the initial design stage.
