When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Al Fadilah is a relatively newer residential area with spacious villas, multi-storey apartment blocks and some commercial clusters, spread over wider ground than central Jeddah. Central AC in these modern buildings depends on complex duct systems with long routes through high ceilings, and intense heat and humidity mean any duct leak cuts efficiency fast. Careful workshop fabrication ensures tight sealing and full insulation over all long runs, preserving cooling efficiency.
Al Fadilah is in south Jeddah, a newer residential area with villas and apartment blocks spread over wide spaces.
Most central AC projects in Al Fadilah use medium to large-diameter ducts over medium to long distances in the newer buildings.
The AC setup in Al Fadilah
- 1
Main trunk ducts along the project
Modern buildings in Al Fadilah need strong main trunk ducts that extend over long distances from the indoor unit to the far end of the villa or flat.
- 2
Insulated branches to each room
Branches from the main trunk are fully insulated and carefully routed to air outlets in each room.
- 3
Numbered sections for precise installation
Each section gets a number reflecting its sequence, so on-site installation happens without confusion and with high precision.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Al Fadilah
- 1
Gather architectural drawings and designs
If you have architectural drawings or project designs, send them to us before the visit so we understand the layout quickly.
- 2
Mark indoor unit and outlet locations precisely
Precisely explain where the indoor unit will mount and where cold outlets will be in each room, with measurements if possible.
- 3
Ensure ceilings and passages are clear
Check that planned ceiling and passage areas for ducts are clear of furniture and obstacles before measurement day.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
My new villa has a complex layout with several rooms, can you fabricate the ducts without errors?
We take the design specs precisely and manufacture complete ducts in the workshop with clear numbering for each section by room and location.
Heat in Al Fadilah is very high and sun is intense, is full duct insulation sufficient protection?
Yes, full insulation with appropriate thickness reduces external heat absorption and keeps the air cool inside the duct over long distances.
My apartment building is modern, do you handle large-scale projects?
Yes, we fabricate complete ducts for large apartment blocks after taking each unit's specs, and coordinate delivery and installation to your project schedule.
How do you ensure duct sections align properly over long runs?
We fabricate duct sections with precise numbering and transport them carefully, and explain the installation plan before arrival so the team knows the exact section order.
